Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2018148768A1] The invention relates to a press bed tool base for machining and/or forming and/or shaping press parts at the same time as the pressing process, which itself forms the press bed or can be positioned on the bed of a press, and which carries a compound die consisting of different individual tool modules provided for carrying out the different machining processes. According to the invention, individual bridge-type tool base modules (41, 42, 43,... 4n) are provided, said modules being independent from each other and able to be positioned adjacently, below the compound die (20) on a new press bed (50, 60), particularly directly and/or at a distance from each other, specifically adapted to the respective individual tool modules (21, 22, 23,... 2n) of the compound die (20) and the machining tasks thereof, and optionally provided with at least one scrap metal removal opening (401) and/or a scrap metal conveyor belt (404).
