[origin: WO2018154248A1] The invention relates to a glass support by contact with the lower face thereof and without contact with the upper face thereof, comprising a frame and a plurality of supporting elements connected to the frame and each comprising a pad, each pad comprising a contact zone for supporting the glass so that the surface of the contact zone is parallel to the locally supported zone of the glass, said contact zone being made of a material capable of engaging with the glass at a temperature of 400°C to 600°C, the surface of the contact zone having a surface area of 50 mm2 to 20000 mm2, at least one supporting element, referred to as movable supporting element, comprising a mobility member of the pad, modifying the orientation of the contact zone of the pad and/or damping the reception of the glass under the effect of the weight of the glass at the time when it is received by the support.
