[origin: WO2018154213A1] The invention relates to an articulated coupling (1) provided for a piston sealing device (2) for a piston (3) that includes a stationary skirt (7) and a sliding skirt (12) connected to one another by a mechanical link between skirts (13) in order for an extensible continuous segment (15) to be axially compressed by a sliding skirt spring (20), said coupling (1) replacing the stationary skirt (7) with a ball-joint skirt (22) as well as providing a frusto-spherical piston ending (21) which engages with a frusto-spherical skirt seat (24) arranged on the ball-joint skirt (22) while articulating means (40) are inserted between the mechanical link between skirts (13) and the piston (3) and/or between said link (13) and the sliding skirt (12).
