A side water-cooling wall (32) and a bottom water-cooling wall (33) are provided along the furnace bottom of the furnace (16) and the side wall of the lower portion of the furnace (16), and a bottom refractory (35) and a side refractory (36) are respectively provided between the side water-cooling wall (32) and a flame formed by the lower burner (20) and between the bottom water-cooling wall (33) and the flame.
