On the casing surface (22, 22') of the at least one piston rod (7, 7'), at least one or more markings (23, 23'), which can be read by a rescuer, are formed, which at least one marking (23, 23') is provided at least to signal a remaining stroke (24) that is still available and/or an adjusting stroke (25) already travelled of the at least one piston rod (7, 7') with respect to the cylinder tube (6).
