The method comprises receiving, from a base station (BS), re-synchronization signals (RSSs) over a downlink channel; identifying time-domain and frequency-domain resources used for the RSSs; and identifying a set of sequences used for constructing the RSSs from the time-domain and frequency-domain resources used for the RSSs.
