[origin: WO2018167436A1] The present invention relates to a device for transferring objects (1) from an installation comprising at least two lines each having an upstream blower-filler-labeller type machine (2), an intermediate machine (3) in the form of a tight wrapping or packing machine, and a downstream palletiser (4). The transfer device is special in that it comprises at least one linear stator (5) for each line, a plurality of carriages (7), each provided with means for holding (8) at least one object (1), and each secured to a rotor (6) configured to move along one of said linear stators (5) according to the principle of a linear motor, and in that it comprises at least one switch (9), configured to enable selection between a transfer limited to the same line and a transfer that changes lines. The present invention also relates to a method for transferring objects using a device according to the invention.
