The insert unit (116) according to the invention is characterised in that a sliding guide (11) is arranged in the drive connection between the actuating element (10) and the adjustment element (9) and has at least one oblique contact face (12) which converts a rotary movement of the actuating element (10) into an axial adjustment movement of the adjustment element (9).
