Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2018167242A2] The invention relates to an actuator device, comprising at least one actuator element (10a; 10b; 10d; 10e; 10f), which consists at least partially of a magnetically shape-changing material and which is at least provided to cause a movement of at least one actuation element (12a; 12e; 12f) by means of a contraction in at least one direction of movement (14a), and a magnetic contraction unit (18a; 18b; 18c; 18g) which is configured to provide a magnetic field acting upon the actuator element (10a; 10b; 10d; 10e; 10f) in order to generate a contraction of the actuator element (10a; 10b; 10d; 10e; 10f). It is proposed that field lines (20a) of the magnetic field are at least aligned substantially parallel to the direction of movement (14a) in the region of the actuator element (10a; 10b; 10d; 10e; 10f).
