[origin: WO2020015932A1] The invention relates to a discharge head (20) for a massage dispenser (10) for the discharging and massaging in of cream-like liquids and to a massage dispenser (10) having such a discharge head (20). The discharge head (20) is designed to be attached to a liquid store (80). The discharge head comprises a base portion (50) having a receptacle (52) for fixedly coupling to an outlet portion (84) of the liquid store (80) and a massage portion (30), which has a massage surface (32). The massage surface (32) has a massage profile (33) and is penetrated by at least one outlet opening (31). The massage portion (30) is mounted for movement between a proximal and a distal end position along a main extension direction (2) relative to the base portion (50). The discharge head (20) has a pumping device (70). The pumping device has a pump chamber (72) having a variable volume, an inlet valve (74) and an outlet valve (76). By means of the pumping device, liquid can be pumped from the liquid store (80) to the outlet opening (31). The pump chamber (72) is delimited by a wall of the base portion (50) and a wall of the movable massage portion (30).
