[origin: WO2018172310A1] The invention relates to an electric heating appliance, especially a parking heating system, for a motor vehicle, wherein the electric heating appliance is designed for connection to an external mains voltage (18) and incorporation into a motor-vehicle cooling circuit and comprises at least one electric heating element (12) for outputting heat to a coolant in the cooling circuit and a power supply (14) for transformation of the external mains voltage. Outputs (15, 16, 17) permit the charging of the battery, and the operation of circulating pumps or a fan.
