Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2018177723A1] The invention relates to a capsule sealed by a plate for constituents of drinks, in particular coffee or tea. In order to achieve a burst strength of up to 15 bars, according to the invention, the capsule is made of optionally coated PBT (polybutylene terephthalate), and the plate, viewed from the intended inner face (sealing face), is made at least of one layer of PBT, coextruded on a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) core layer, and a barrier layer, preferably made of aluminium. Additional layers can be provided.
