Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2018178191A2] The claimed square or rectangular construction board (1, 2) meets thermal insulation requirements for buildings which are fitted with front panels with interposed damping material, such as rock wool or glass fibre mats, styrofoam or polyurethane plates. The front panels covering the thermal insulation layer are connected in a rigid and a storm-resistant manner to the building, generally, by means of metallic support and fastening elements, made from aluminium or stainless steel support profiles, penetrating the heat insulation layer. All known metallic support profiles form thermal bridges which reduce the insulating effect. Therefore, the claimed pressure-resistant, thermal insulation construction boards (1, 2) which essentially reduce the thermal bridge effect of the support and fastening elements without reducing the mechanical resistance of the thermal insulation layer, are taken into account. The claimed building construction board (1, 2) can be produced in a simple form from an extruded profile (3) or in an injection or die-casting method.
