Abstract (en)
A wrapping cover for packaging a liquid battery material, including a bag-shaped sheet constituted by a sheet including a resin layer and having a shape of a bag with an opening, wherein the bag-shaped sheet includes a contracting portion provided around the opening so as to be capable of adjusting a size of the opening, and the wrapping cover further comprises a fastening member provided along the opening so as to be capable of adjusting the size of the opening; as well as a package and a packaging method using the same. Preferably, the fastening member has an elastic property, and a surface resistance value of the sheet is 10<sup>11</sup>ohm/sq. or less.
