[origin: WO2018185441A1] The invention relates to a calorimeter (10) comprising a support (12) and a capsule (13) delimiting, with the support, a cavity (14) sealed to gases and delimited by the walls (22, 24) of the capsule and by a face (16) of the support (12), the cavity containing: an enclosure (26) containing an inner volume (27); hollow tubes (28, 30) connecting the enclosure to the walls; and a sensor (32) of the temperature of the enclosure, wherein the enclosure, the hollow tubes and the temperature sensor each comprise a stack of at least two layers each having a thickness of between 0.005 µm and 1 µm.
