[origin: EP3608474A1] The disclosure relates to artificial turf for a sports field comprising a support layer and tufts formed by a multi-filament ribbon penetrating the support layer. The artificial turf is characterized in that at least some tufts comprise filaments of a first color and filaments of a second color. The disclosure also relates to a method of manufacturing an artificial turf, as well as to use of artificial turf for making line markings on a sports field.
