[origin: JP2020021938A] To provide an electromagnetic actuator and an electrical switching unit including the actuator.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic actuator (2) includes a fixed body (4), a movable part (6) which forms a magnetic core of the actuator and is movable in parallel with respect to the fixed body (4) between a retracted position and a deployed position, a magnetic piece (10) forming a permanent magnet tuned to generate a first magnetic force holding the moving part at the retracted position, and a coil (12) tuned to generate a second magnetic force opposite to the first magnetic force when the coil (12) is supplied with an electric excitation current. Cet actionneur électromagnétique (2) comporte :- un corps fixe (4) ;- une partie mobile (6) formant un noyau magnétique de l'actionneur et étant déplaçable en translation par rapport au corps fixe (4) entre une position rétractée et une position déployée ;- une pièce magnétique (10) formant un aimant permanent adapté pour générer une première force magnétique retenant la partie mobile dans la position rétractée ;- une bobine (12) adaptée pour engendrer une deuxième force magnétique opposée à la première force magnétique lorsqu'elle est alimentée par un courant électrique d'excitation.La partie mobile (6) comporte une ou plusieurs encoches formées dans un corps de la partie mobile (6).
