Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2018189138A1] The invention relates to a lifting platform with two lifting devices (24, 70) which are arranged at a distance to one another and are aligned relative to a common longitudinal central axis (16) of the lifting platform (11) and between which a working area (54) is provided for lifting and lowering vehicles (51). Each lifting device (24, 70) has a support (31) which can be moved up and down, and each support (31) receives at least two support arms (34), each of which is mounted on the support (31) in a pivotal manner about a pivot axis (43, 44) such that the support arms can be aligned parallel to the longitudinal central axis (16) in a starting position and can be pivoted into the working area (54) in a use position. Each longitudinal axis (42) of the support (31) is parallel to the longitudinal central axis (16), and a straight connecting line (45) that extends between the at least two pivot axes (43, 44), which are arranged on the support (31) at a distance to one another, is oriented at an acute angle α to the longitudinal axis (42) of the support (31) such that two pivot axes (43) arranged in a mirror-inverted manner to each other relative to the longitudinal central axis (16) have a greater distance to the longitudinal central axis (16) than the at least two additional pivot axes (44) of the support (31).
