Abstract (en)

The present invention relates to anex vivomethod for preparing induced paraxial mesoderm progenitor (iPAM) cells, said method comprising the step of culturing pluripotent cells in an appropriate culture medium comprising an effective amount of an activator of the Wnt signaling pathway and an effective amount of an inhibitor of the Bone Morphogenetic Protein (BMP) signaling pathway.
