[origin: WO2018192685A1] The invention concerns a device (10) for recovering exposure samples (P) for a machine (1) for processing sheet-shaped elements, the processing machine (1) comprising: • - a plurality of work stations (300, 400, 500, 600), including at least one waste discharge station (600), and • - a transportation device (70) comprising a plurality of gripper bars (75) configured to drive the sheet-shaped elements into the workstations (300, 400, 500, 600), the recovery device (10) being characterised in that it comprises: • - a first discharge mat (94), and • - a second discharge mat (95) arranged after the first discharge mat (94) with respect to the direction of movement of the sheets (D), the second discharge mat (94) being able to move between: • o a continuous conveying position in which first ends (94a, 95a) of the first and second discharge mats (94, 95) are brought together such that the waste from sheet-shaped elements (F) can be conveyed from the first discharge mat (94) to the second discharge mat (95), and • o a raised position in which the first end (95a) of the second discharge mat (95) has pivoted upwards, creating a gap (11) between the first discharge mat (94) and the second discharge mat (95), such that at least one exposure sample (P) conveyed by the first discharge mat (94) drops through the gap (11). The present invention also concerns a waste discharge station (600) and a machine (1) for processing sheet-shaped elements.
