Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2017179033A1] The system according to the invention ensures the regulation and management of medical transports of patients and comprises: first terminals (TMP, TFP) hosting first software user applications (AP_PM, AP_PF) for prescribers, second terminals (TMT, TFT, TMV) hosting second software user applications (AP_TM, AP_TF, AP_VE) for transporters, a server (SP, NS) hosting a regulation software module (REG) and a management software module (GES), and a data communication network (IT, RTM) authorizing communications between the first and second terminals and the server. The first and second terminals comprise mobile terminals (TMP, TMT, TMV) and the second terminals comprise on-board terminals (TMV) comprising geolocation sensors (GL) and fitted to transport vehicles, and the regulation module includes an artificial intelligence engine which carries out the regulation depending on the geolocation of the vehicles and an estimated transport cost and/or an estimated amount of pollution produced.
