[origin: EP3618548A1] Embodiments of the present application provides a wireless communication method and device, which can avoid self-interference of the terminal device and improve a performance of a communication system as far as possible. The method includes: a terminal device determines that a first signal and a second signal generate self-interference or have a possibility of generating self-interference on the terminal device, where the first signal is a signal transmitted between the terminal device and a first network device using a first carrier, and the second signal is a signal transmitted between the terminal device and a second network device using a second carrier; and the terminal device transmits first information to the first network device, where the first information is configured to indicate that the first signal and the second signal generate self-interference or have the possibility of generating self-interference on the terminal device, and indicate a condition of a signal transmission between the terminal device and the second network device using the second carrier.
