An actuator integrated coupling device (C) for a vehicle door handle (1) having a handle lever (3) movable between a flush, ready and inward clicking position, said coupling device comprising a cam (4) rotatable about an axis (42), a motorized actuator (8) for rotating said cam (4), a transmission mechanism (T) comprising a first lever (6) for coupling with the cam (4) to move the handle lever (3) between said flush, ready and retracted positions, a push-push unit (9) coupled to the first lever (6) by a connecting rod (2) characterized in that the push-push unit (9) and the motorized actuator (8) are decoupled.
