[origin: WO2018206053A1] The invention relates to a shelf unit (100; 100.1) for a shelving system (200) having a shelf (50) and a support frame (60) that supports the shelf (50), the support frame (60) having a front frame part (61), a rear frame part (62) and two side frame parts (63, 64) that are connected to each other in a manner whereby a through opening (67) is formed. According to the invention, the shelf (50) is formed by a plurality of elongate base elements (1; 1.1; 1.2; 1.3), each of which rest with their longitudinal ends (6, 7) on the front frame part (61) and on the rear frame part (62). A base element (1.1; 1.2; 1.3) of this kind can have an elongate main body (2) with an upper face (3) having a bearing surface (5) for articles, and with a lower face (4) having, in the region of each longitudinal end (6, 7), a web (8, 9) that extends in the longitudinal direction of the main body (2) for end-side insertion into a receiving element (65, 66) of the support frame (60) of the shelf unit (100.1). The invention further comprises a shelving system (200) having at least one such shelf unit.
