Here, the hydraulic accumulator (12) and the cylinder-piston unit (11) of the hydraulic adjuster (10) form a structural unit in that the cylinder (19) of the cylinder-piston unit (11) and a cylinder (14), arranged next to and parallel to the latter, of the hydraulic accumulator (12) are part of an integrated cylinder assembly (21) which comprises, on both sides, a respective common closure cover.
