The cover element has a second recess (11), through which a curable viscous renovation compound can be introduced from a storage device into the space between the shell and the main and auxiliary line walls adjoining the shell by means of a transport means. The device comprises a heating device which is integrated into the cover element, the storage device, and/or the transport means at least in the region of the second recess and/or is operatively connected to the cover element, the storage device, and/or the transport means at least in the region of the second recess.
