Abstract (en)
[origin: JP2020040123A] To provide a rotor of a type that surely removes product residues while minimizing the risk of contaminating a press chamber, by using a structurally simple method.SOLUTION: A rotor for a rotary press which is used to press a product to pellets, includes: a die plate 12 having die holes, and rotated according to drive of a rotary drive part 10; an upper side punch seat 22 which rotates in synchronization with the die plate and guides an upper side punch in an axial direction; and a lower side punch seat 18 which rotates in synchronization with the die plate and guides a lower side punch in the axial direction. In the rotor for the rotary press, an annular discharge channel 30 is fixedly arranged to collect product residues from the die plate and/or the lower side punch seat during operation of the rotor. The discharge channel includes a catch element 32 having a removal area for removing a product, rotates in synchronization with the die plate, is guided inside the discharge channel, and transports the product located inside the discharge channel to the removal area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
