[origin: US2020087857A1] A machine for the production of a fibrous web, with a forming region, including a forming roll and a permeable inner belt which at least partially wraps around the forming roll together with an outer belt for formation of the fibrous web. A press device is immediately downstream from the forming region for additional dewatering of the fibrous web in a press nip and with a downstream drying cylinder. The fibrous web is carried supported on the inner belt from the forming region until the transfer to the heated surface of drying cylinder takes place. The inner belt is textured in order to provide texture to fibrous web and the transfer roll is a shoe roll in order to provide an extended transfer nip.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Maschine (1) zur Herstellung einer Faserstoffbahn (2), mit einem Formierbereich, umfassend eine Formierwalze (5) und ein diese zumindest teilweise gemeinsam mit einem äußeren Band (3) umschlingendes permeables inneres Band (4) zur Bildung der Faserstoffbahn (2), mit einer dem Formierbereich direkt folgenden Pressvorrichtung (7), zur weiteren Entwässerung der Faserstoffbahn (2) in einem Pressnipp, und mit einem nachfolgenden Trockenzylinder (14), wobei die Faserstoffbahn (2) vom Formierbereich bis zur Übergabe an die beheizte Oberfläche des Trockenzylinders (14) auf dem inneren Band (4) liegend geführt ist.Die erfindungsgemäße Maschine (1) ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das innere Band (4) zur Strukturierung der Faserstoffbahn (2) strukturiert ausgeführt ist und die Transferwalze (13) zur Bildung eines verlängerten Transfernipps (12) als Schuhwalze ausgeführt ist.
