Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a method for producing a tubular tobacco product (34) and a tubular tobacco product (34) and an aerosol-forming stick (170) and an aerosol-generating device (180)It is provided that a method for producing a tubular tobacco product (34) comprises at least one hollow bore (extending along the longitudinal axis of the tubular tobacco product (34)). The method comprises the following steps: providing a tobacco composition (33) and extruding the tobacco composition (33) to form the tubular tobacco product (34), wherein the tobacco composition (33) is extruded through a nozzle (24) having at least one central mandrel (25) for forming the at least one hollow bore. Furthermore, a tubular tobacco product (34) is provided, wherein said tubular tobacco product (34) is manufactured according to the presented method. Also provided is an aerosol-forming stick (170) for use in an aerosol-generating device (180), wherein the aerosol-forming stick (170) comprises the tubular tobacco product (34). Finally, the aerosol-generating device (180) itself is provided.
