Eine Betätigungshandhabe (2) zur Befestigung an einem Fenster weist ein bewegbares Griffteil (38), eine Verriegelungsmechanik zum Verriegeln und Entriegeln der Betätigungshandhabe (2) und ein mit der Verriegelungsmechanik gekoppeltes Verriegelungssteuerungssystem zum Ansteuern der Verriegelungsmechanik auf. Die Betätigungshandhabe (2) weist eine Eingabeeinheit (26) auf, die mit dem Verriegelungssteuerungssystem gekoppelt ist. Das Verriegelungssteuerungssystem ist dazu ausgebildet, bei Betätigen der Eingabeeinheit (26) aus einer Verwaltungseinheit eine Öffnungsberechtigung für die Betätigungshandhabe (2) abzufragen, und bei vorliegender Öffnungsberechtigung die Verriegelungsmechanik zum Entriegeln anzusteuern.
