The transmission member (31) can move relatively to the rotary shaft (13) in the axial direction thereof The transmission member (31) also rotates along with the rotary shaft (13) and contacts with the rotary moving unit (32), thereby to transmit the rotational power of the rotary shaft (13) to the rotary moving unit (32).
