[origin: JP2021038745A] To provide a vacuum pump which can be manufactured economically and be flexibly used.SOLUTION: A vacuum pump includes a vacuum chamber defined by a pump housing, and a board. The pump housing has a connection port. The connection port is closed by the board in a vacuum-tight manner.
