[origin: WO2018220016A1] The aim of the invention is to always ensure a sufficient electrical power supply to a cable-drawn vehicle (2) of a conveying device (1) in a simple manner, during a first movement phase (A1) in which the vehicle is accelerated to a limiting speed or conversely is decelerated from a limiting speed into a station (3, 4). This aim is achieved in that the electrical load (11) of the vehicle (2) is supplied outside a station (3, 4) by an electrical energy storage device (13) of the vehicle (2) or jointly by an electrical energy storage device (13) and by the generator (10), and in a following second movement phase (A2) the vehicle (2) is supplied with electrical power by the generator (10) during the movement at a speed greater than the limiting speed.
