Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2018220061A1] The invention relates to an electrodynamic loudspeaker having: - a frame (17), - an assembly (23) that is movable in translation with respect to the frame along an axis (D) of the loudspeaker about an equilibrium position that is taken up when the loudspeaker is at rest, the assembly having at least one diaphragm (29) configured to emit sound waves, and - at least one suspension joint (25) for the assembly. The joint forms a loop around the assembly and comprises: - a first end (39A) secured to the assembly, - a second end (41A) secured to the frame, and - a main part (43) that connects the first end and the second end and ensures axial flexibility of the joint. The first end or the second end comprises a distal part with respect to the main part, and a proximal part, the distal part being more radially compressible than the proximal part, and being compressed radially between the proximal part and an end stop of the assembly or of the frame.
