Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2018224319A1] The invention relates to a method for operating an electrical energy accumulator for converting electrical energy into chemical energy and storing the chemical energy and converting the stored chemical energy back into electrical energy. At least two reactors are provided for this purpose, being spatially clearly separated from one another and with a charge-carrying electrolyte circulating between these reactors, such that the transport of the charge between said reactors is principally determined by convection.
