According to the invention, a lug (18) is arranged between the pulley (4) and the brake (5), the lug (18) is rotatably connected to the frame (2), wherein, in a non-braking position, the lug (18) is arranged in front of the brake, and wherein, in a braking position, the lug (18) is situated opposite the brake (5), wherein, in the braking position, the rope (100) is braked between the brake (5) and the lug (18), wherein the travel of the lug (18) is limited by a stop (14), and wherein the brake (5) comprises at least one spring element (8).
