[origin: WO2018234682A1] The present invention concerns a method for applying, in a solid support (1) in the form of a tube, flared or otherwise, having a circular or ellipsoidal opening at each end, such as a cone or a pipette, at least one binding partner P1 to an analyte to be detected or quantified in a test sample, comprising the following steps: (i) connecting the solid support to a suction/discharge device (2, 3), (ii) sucking, into the solid support, via one of its ends, a solution comprising said at least one binding partner P1, referred to as the sensitising solution S1, contained in a receptacle (4, 7, 8, 9), called receptacle R1, (iii) continuing the contact between the sensitisation solution S1 and the inner surface of the solid support for a time between 0 seconds and 11 minutes, (iv) discharging the sensitisation solution S1 into a receptacle (4, 7, 8, 9), which is or is not said receptacle R1, the steps (ii) to (iv) forming a cycle that can be repeated at least once, over a total duration of at least 1 minute and not more than 2 hours 30 minutes. The invention also concerns the use of the support coated in this way for detecting or quantifying an analyte in a test sample.
