[origin: CN111071972A] The invention relates to a method for filling beverages in bottles and a filling machine, wherein the beverage is stored in the annular product channel under overpressure and flows into the bottle under overfilling by opening the filling valve connected to it. Herein, the feedback gas flows into the annular feedback gas channel through a feedback gas valve attached to the filling valve; after thefilling valve and the feedback gas valve are closed, a vacuum valve attached to the machine is opened to suck the overfilled beverage into the annular vacuum channel; therefore, time saving is achieved, and matched filling of the corresponding beverages is achieved.

Beschrieben werden ein Verfahren zur Abfüllung von Getränken, insbesondere Spirituosen, in Flaschen, bei dem das Getränk in einem ringförmigen Produktkanal unter Überdruck vorgehalten wird und durch Öffnen daran angeschlossener Füllventile unter Überfüllung in die Flaschen läuft. Dabei strömt Rückgas durch den Füllventilen zugeordnete Rückgasventile in einen ringförmigen Rückgaskanal, und überfülltes Getränk wird nach Schließen der Füllventile und der Rückgasventile durch Öffnen zugeordneter Vakuumventile in einen ringförmigen Vakuumkanal abgesaugt. Dies ermöglicht eine zeitsparende und an das jeweilige Getränk angepasste Abfüllung.
