The waterproof member (5) is connected to the bottom portion of the welded member for electronic control (3) and opposite to the opening, the waterproof member (5) and the welded member for electronic control (3) cooperatively define an airflow passage (51) in communication with the opening, the waterproof member (5) and the welded member for electronic control (3) define two airflow outlets (52) in communication with the airflow passage (51), and the baffle is arranged in the airflow passage (51).
