Cet appareil de coupure (2) d'un courant électrique comporte des éléments de coupure (4), comportant chacun des contacts électriques fixes (8) et une partie mobile avec un contact électrique mobile (12) déplaçable le long d'un axe (X) de déplacement entre une position d'ouverture et une position de fermeture et un actionneur (6) comprenant une pièce mobile (32) déplaçable selon l'axe (X) pour déplacer la partie mobile entre ses positions d'ouverture et de fermeture.Chaque partie mobile comporte un corps délimitant un logement et une cage contenant un support portant le contact mobile (12), la cage étant montée dans ce logement et déplaçable selon l'axe (X) par rapport à la partie mobile. Une butée mobile déplaçable selon l'axe (X) au moyen d'une vis de réglage limite le déplacement de la cage par rapport au corps.
