[origin: WO2019013845A1] A cosmetic applicator comprises a grip, a holder shaft that extends from the grip, the holder shaft comprising a longitudinal axis, an applicator region, one end of the applicator region being connected to a ball stud, and a buffer element that is disposed inside the holder shaft and is in contact with one end of the ball stud. The applicator region pivots at a desired angle of up to 90 around the longitudinal axis, and is adjusted to any desired angles and any directions off the longitudinal axis. The ball stud is connected to the holder shaft. The holder shaft comprises an eye which acts as a socket for the ball stud to fit securely into and allows adjustments to be made in any direction.
