Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2019011940A1] The invention relates to a veranda structure comprising at least one roof (4), a purlin wall plate (3), a fascia board (5) and a roof support (6). The support (6) is integral with an internal face (32) of the purlin wall plate (3) and forms a bearing surface for a lower face (42) of the roof (4), so that said roof (4) is at least partially recessed along a vertical axis in an internal space delimited by at least one internal face (32). Advantageously, an upper face (41) is partially located under a horizontal plane passing through an upper edge (50) of the fascia board (5), so that the roof is masked by the fascia board. A projection (7) extends the upper face above and below the purlin wall plate (3), in order to drain rainwater into a gutter (51). A sealed membrane (9) covers the upper face (41).
