[origin: EP3653386A1] The present invention addresses the problem of improving reactivity with liquid repellent agents and resistance to inks of the ejection surface side of a nozzle substrate, thereby preventing decrease in the liquid repellency of the ejection surface side of the nozzle substrate. An inkjet head of an inkjet recording device according to the present invention is provided with a nozzle substrate 40A. The nozzle substrate 40A comprises: a base material part 41 that is provided with a nozzle 2411 from which an ink is ejected; a liquid-repellent-layer base film 42A that is formed on the ejection surface side of the base material part 41 and has a silicon carboxide film; and a liquid repellent layer 43 that is formed on the ejection surface side of the liquid-repellent-layer base film 42A.
