[origin: WO2019016279A1] The invention relates to a volumetric pump (1) for conveying media through a flexible tube (2), comprising a housing (4), which can be closed by means of a door (3), a displacing device (5) for applying a pressing force to the flexible tube (2), an abutment portion (6), on which the flexible tube (2) is arranged and is supported with respect to the pressing force applied by the displacing device (5), and an adjustable preloading device (7), by means of which the displacing device (5) and/or the abutment (6) are supported with adjustable yielding or preloaded against each other in order to enable adjustment of the pressing force that is or can be applied to the tube (2). The displacing device (5), the abutment portion (6) and the preloading device (7) are arranged within the housing when the housing (4) is closed, and the preloading device (7) can be adjusted from the outside when the housing (4) is closed, without the housing (4) having to be opened for this purpose.
