[origin: WO2019020930A1] The method for covering and heat-sealing a cover (3) around a load (1) comprises: - providing the load (1) arranged on a mounting (2); - lining up the cover (3) on the load (1) by pulling it downwards so as to be facing an attachment zone (4); and - heat-sealing the cover (3) with the attachment zone (4). The attachment zone (4) is formed by at least one ring of plastic film under stress around the mounting (2) and/or the load (1) before heat-sealing.
