Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2019025676A1] A method for processing mail items (1) in a sorting facility comprising a feed input magazine (4) in which the mail items (1) to be sorted are stacked on-edge in order to be serialised in a sorting conveyor (5), the mail items (1) in series, on-edge, in said sorting conveyor, being directed towards sorting outputs with a stacker (6). The mail items (1) to be sorted, arriving stored in bins (3) in said feed input magazine, are taken by hand from said storage bin to be stacked on-edge, in order to be serialised. The mail items (1) sorted in a stacker of a sorting output (6) are likewise transferred by hand from the stacker to a storage bin (3) in order to be recirculated between the sorting output with stacker (6) and said feed input magazine (4).
