[origin: WO2019024954A1] Disclosed is a laying unit (1) for a segmental arch paving, comprising an arcuate concave inner side, an arcuate convex outer side, and end sides (3). Joining units (10) are provided on the concave inner side and the concave outer side of the laying unit, and the centre-to-centre distances between said joining units are identical along the entire laying unit. The joining units on the concave inner side each have at least one protruding joining portion and the joining units on the convex outer side each have at least two protruding joining portions, or vice versa. When two laying units are joined, the corresponding joining units of an outer side and an inner side interlock and secure the laying units against displacement in both circumferential directions.
