[origin: WO2019042993A1] A motor lock, which can be actuated manually or in a motor-operated manner, comprises a locking bar, which can be moved between a locking and a release position, an actuating element for manually adjusting the locking bar and a drive motor for adjusting the locking bar in a motor-operated manner. A gear element that can be driven by the drive motor can be displaced between at least one coupling position, in which there is a driving coupling between the drive motor and the locking bar, and a decoupling position, in which the driving coupling between the drive motor and the locking bar is interrupted. The motor lock has a control device that is designed to adjust the gear element for a motor-operated adjusting of the locking bar into the at least one coupling position and for a manual adjusting of the locking bar into the decoupling position.
