[origin: WO2019025202A1] A sealing ring (38) for a piston pump (10) of a vehicle braking system, the ring having a sealing face (52) for placement against the piston outer surface (36) of an associated piston (14), is characterised according to the invention in that the sealing ring (38) is formed from a first and a second sealing ring portion (40, 42) that are integrally connected, and in that the first sealing ring portion (40) is located on the side of the sealing ring (38) facing the piston outer surface (36) and is made of a first material and the second sealing ring portion (42) is located on the side of the sealing ring (38) facing away from the piston outer surface (36) and is made of a second material.
