[origin: EP3662978A1] An exercise device is provided. A frame body has two first stand columns each having a plurality of adjustment holes, and two counterweight mechanisms. Two first slidable seats, each having an adjustment pin which is inserted into one of the plurality of adjustment holes, are respectively and slidably arranged on the two first stand columns. Each of two pulling assemblies includes a pulling member which are respectively and swingably arranged on the two first slidable seats and a swinging member, a first pulling rope is slidably disposed through the swinging member and is connected between the counterweight mechanism and the pulling member. Two carrying members are respectively and fixedly disposed on an end of each of the two first slidable seats opposite to the pulling assembly, and each said first stand column is located between one said carrying member and one said swinging member.
